Our top level group training is designed for advanced players who are ready to take their skills to the next level and become elite athletes. Our advanced academy program will provide the tools you need to help you reach your full potential. Our Advanced Academy includes weekly trainings consisting of: -Football specific warm ups + injury prevention exercises -Skills & ball mastery training -1st touch, passing, receiving, dribbling, & finishing. -1v1, 2v2, 3v3, & 4v4 & 5v5 games -Game-like scenarios to improve decision making, awareness and football IQ -Speed/agility/quickness/balance/stability training -Football career guidance/planning -Goal setting -Health, wellness & nutrition tips Membership includes all the Advanced Academy sessions for the month.
