Our top level group training is designed for advanced players who are ready to take their skills to the next level and become elite athletes. With a focus high performance on the field, our program will provide the tools you need to help you reach your full potential. Our Advanced Academy includes weekly trainings consisting of: -Football specific warm ups + injury prevention exercises -Skills & ball mastery training -1st touch, passing, receiving, dribbling, & finishing. -1v1, 2v2, 3v3, & 4v4 & 5v5 games -Game-like scenarios to improve decision making, awareness and football IQ -Speed/agility/quickness/balance/stability training -Football career guidance/planning -Goal setting -Health, wellness & nutrition tips Membership includes all the Advanced Academy sessions for the month. Cost: $99 per month - BEST VALUE! Drop-In sessions are available as well $33 per session *Open to players ages 12+ or with Coach Diego's approval. Skill level, experience, and physical/psychological maturity will be deciding factors.
